Love Wins

I first met Hannah & Luke through a mutual friend's brother and my first reaction to this gorgeous couple was they oozed calm and kindness. Leading up to their wedding COVID-19 emerged and sadly was increasing in severity and a few days before their wedding the government announce strict new laws to limit wedding guests to only 100 people. Immediately I knew this would impact their wedding day and could only imagine how they were feeling. After a brief conversation with Hannah she advised they would still forge ahead with their wedding in a new and minimised capacity, I was so proud of the courage and grace they had shown in light of such a difficult situation. So within 24 hours Hannah, Luke and their families pulled together a whole new contingency plan for their wedding day, no longer being held at their intended venue but at Luke's Parent's Family home. Along with a very talented brother (who to be honest should be a wedding planner) they pulled off the most epic celebration. Their day was not only warm, happy and filled with love but once again the qualities I noticed first about these two shone through, total calmness and an abundance of kindness. After spending time with their nearest and dearest family and friends it became quite clear where they get these qualities and by the end of the night I wanted to be a member of their family! I light of all the chaos, stress and uncertainty Hannah and Luke had one of the most beautifully intimate wedding days I've ever witnessed. So in the end love always wins and everyone stayed safe!
