Together, Heart & Craft means your getting my:
Heart: Care, attention, and the calm support I bring to your experience
Craft: Skill, preparation, and professional standard behind the images I create.
To reserve your date, a Heart & Craft Fee is required.
Once received, your date is held just for you and removed from my calendar. From this point on, I begin the behind-the-scenes planning, preparation, and creative care that goes into telling your story well.
Because this fee secures your date and reflects time devoted to preparing your event, it is non-refundable &/or non-transferable should your date change.

Meaningful Moments Coverage
Event and celebration coverage is designed to capture the atmosphere, details and meaningful moments of your occasion.
Coverage begins from your agreed start time and location, whether that is before guests arrive for styling and detail photographs, at the beginning of the celebration for key guests and formalities, or for a longer event booking that allows the story to unfold more naturally.
This gives space to document the beautiful details, guest connections, candid moments, family photographs, speeches, cake cutting, formalities and the overall feeling of your celebration.
Your gallery will be thoughtfully edited and delivered via a secure online platform, making it simple for you, your family and your guests to view, download and share your images.
You can expect approximately 125 beautifully refined images per hour, each one carefully selected to tell the story of your event with warmth, connection and authenticity.

Travel between locations for any package is included in your coverage time

1 Hour Styling & Snapshot Session
THIS IS PERFECT FOR CAPTURING EVENT STYLING BEFORE GUESTS ARRIVE, ROOM DETAILS, FLORALS, SIGNAGE, CAKE, TABLE SETTINGS, A SMALL NUMBER OF KEY GUESTS, OR A PLANNED MOMENT SUCH AS A MOCK CAKE CUTTING. IT CAN ALSO WORK WELL FOR A SHORT WINDOW AT THE BEGINNING OF AN EVENT WHERE YOU WOULD LIKE A FEW IMPORTANT PEOPLE PHOTOGRAPHED BEFORE THE CELEBRATION PROPERLY BEGINS.
Ideal for Children's Birthday Parties, Bridal or Baby showers.
Only Suitable for:
Pre or first hour of your event.
Example: event starts at 12:00pm coverage would start at 11:00am or 11:30am
Coverage Includes:
Styling and detail photography before guests arrive or at the start time of your event
Which might include room setup, florals, signage, cake, table settings and event styling
Key family members or significant guests
A few relaxed group photos
A mock cake cutting or staged key moment before the event gets busy
A small selection of candid images to capture the atmosphere
This package is best suited to clients who only need a small part of the beginning of their event documented, rather than full event storytelling.
Availability
As weekend dates are my most requested dates for weddings, christenings and larger events,
One hour event coverage is offered on a strictly limited availability basis only.
Weekday one hour bookings may be booked in advance, subject to availability.
Dates can be tentatively held for enquiries made in advance, however bookings are only formally confirmed 14 days out if the date remains available.
Weekend one hour bookings are only confirmed within 14 days of the event date, unless they fit around an existing booking.
Only available for daytime events and within 15km radius of the Wollongong area.
